| 8:30 β 9:30 AM | Module 1 β Fundamentals of Pressure Washing | Core concepts: PSI, GPM, nozzle sizing, flow dynamics, and surface types. Equipment overview and terminology. |
| 9:30 β 11:00 AM | Module 2 β Pricing, Sales & Business Systems | How to price jobs, upsell services, and structure your business for profitability. Sample quote exercise and discussion of branding / marketing (Facebook, TikTok, Google). |
| 11:00 β 12:00 PM | Module 3 β Chemical Handling & Safety | SH ratios, surfactants, degreasers, PPE, mixing procedures, and Texas environmental compliance. Live demo of safe chemical setup. |
| 12:00 β 12:45 PM | Lunch Break | Networking, Q&A, and equipment showcase from Texas Pressure Washing Store. |
| 12:45 β 2:00 PM | Module 4 β Equipment Setup & Rig Inspection | Trailer/skid layout, pump types, proportioners, burners, and hose management. Students perform supervised rig startup, troubleshooting, and safety inspection. |
| 2:00 β 3:15 PM | Module 5 β Residential Cleaning Systems | Real-world cleaning techniques for driveways, roofs, siding, and decks. Includes chemical application, dwell times, and proper rinsing methods. |
| 3:15 β 4:30 PM | Module 6 β Commercial Cleaning & Hands-On Wash Demo | Live jobsite cleaning demo (concrete and siding). Students rotate through surface cleaner, soft-wash, and rinse techniques. Instructors assess safety, efficiency, and technique. |
| 4:30 β 5:00 PM | Graduation & Certification | 25-question written exam + live wash evaluation. Instructor feedback, group photo, and official certificate & digital badge presentation. Optional video testimonial capture for social media. |
